Since it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

Pretty bad hotel. One of the worest hotel I have ever seen in my life. Air condintioner is not working all night. And there are insects keep flying around.

EveryThing was excellent to me. LocatIon, cleanliness, breakfast, and most especially good customer service. I would recommend thiS hotel to anyone travelliNg to Brno.

Olomouc is an ancient city with a population of only 100,000. The hotel is opposite the train station. It is almost ten stories high. It is considered very modern in the Czech Republic.

Dated structure but this does not negatively affect the opinion, in fact it shows its age very well, excellent breakfast with lots of choice, located in a strategic position, trains and buses almost in front of the hotel.

In front of the train station, very close to the city center, highly recommended.

This is a very old hotel. It seems that it should have been the most upscale hotel in Brno many years ago. However, many years have passed and the appearance is very old. However, the facilities inside can be seen to be fully equipped at the beginning. More importantly, It's right opposite the train station, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, but I'm still not used to the taste. Overall the facilities are very good and the location is good.

Very convenient location for both the center and the station. The breakfast is a dream. Minibar stocked and the room very comfortable.

Right next to the main train station and in the old town, perfect location. A beautiful historical house with high ceilings in the rooms.

The room is clean and hygienic. The location is good, close to the bus station. It is very close to the attractions and the central area. The staff is very friendly. I will choose to stay again next time.

Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights.

Great location in the city centre, you can walk everywhere from there. Very friendly and helpful staff

Lovely traditional hotel with a lovely restaurant- The Garden Room The South Moravian Soup was mouthwatering We shall return to see our distributors next year and stay here!!

Wonderful location near the train station. Very comfortable rooms. Nice coffee in the room. Friendly staff. I also enjoyed the 12:00 check out.
