We stayed for 5 nights on a non business trip and can say our stay was excellent. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was superb from the restaurant as was the bar. The rooms were excellent too and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Hotel molto confortevole, posizione vicino al centro (circa un quindici muori a piedi). Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite e confortevoli e spaziose. Bagno ben sistemato con doccia comoda. Colazione continentale ottima e ricchissimo buffet. Consigliabilissimo !!!

**Received a warm welcome at my late evening walk in arrival from the only receptionist on duty. We were able to speak with each other in English and be understood. It was the second summer of the Pandemic. **Hotel was easy to find, in a safe, pleasant neighborhood, and near beautiful very old buildings with stunning architecture. The city of Brno is a gem for architectural attractiveness. **Receptionist quoted me a surprisingly low and very attractive room rate, included breakfast, and upgraded my room category without being asked. **I found myself on a high floor with a quiet interior and exterior in a large bedroom with a large bathroom. Both immaculate. **Bedroom and hallway floors were carpeted. Room phone was not connected. **After asking the delightful front desk receptionist for the ability to make calls within the hotel, she sent the overnight operations staffer to my room. He pronounced the phone to be ‘kaput,’ and left. I do understand reception had not collected a security deposit from me when I checked in and probably did not want to risk outgoing call usage. **Breakfast was the standard central-eastern European meat, cheese, and more meat and more cheese. And I recall fresh fruit and pastries as well as eggs. **I hope the hotel is still operating with the same gracious spirit as it did during my pandemic summer visit. It was delightful. I would stay there again happily. In my experience, the hotel set a gold standard. And, resulting from such a good experience I searched for OREA hotels at my subsequent destinations.

The hotel might look average on the outside but inside it's very pleasant and well equiped hotel with nice staff and great rooms. Breakfast on this place are very tasty and you have a lot of things to choose from. The bus stop is just across the street and the city train stop is not far away too. If you want to have a good stay in the city of Brno, this is the place.

It's a typical business hotel in a quiet location right next to the Brno exhibition center. The hotel is clean, the rooms are renovated and modern. The reception staff could be more accommodating. I only stayed one night and did not use the breakfast. Unfortunately, the view from the room on the fourth floor was not great.

It is the 2nd time we stay in this hotel. It is located in a quiet area, easy to reach in the area of the old center. We liked the possibility to check-in online. This time, I received an update to the camera at no extra cost. The rooms on the upper floors offer you a dream view of Spilberk Castle.

Reception, ristorante e bar molto moderni e puliti. La camera è accogliente e luminosa. Il letto è comodo e c'è una tv molto grande con la possibilità di smart view. L'unica pecca rimane il bagno. Un po' piccolo e scomodo. Buoni anche i servizi come la palestra.

Everything was OK except an unfriendly woman who worked in the breakfast room during my stay in this hotel. I don't know her name but she had black shaved side haircut and wore glasses. It would be great if her head would teach her that showing annoyance and sour face instead of helping guest who had problem with malfunctioning coffee machine and clearly doesn't understand her native language (madame spoke only Czech and didn't bother herself to change language) is absolutely unacceptable.
