I give ten points. This is the best B&B I have stayed in in many years of travel. It has well-decorated public areas, clean and tidy rooms, and hotel-standard bedding. There is an independent parking yard with 24-hour surveillance, which is very safe. The boss personally prepares a rich breakfast, which is full of sincerity. If this hotel was located in the capital and in the city center, it would be more famous.

We were very happy to stay there instead of a large chain hotel. This pension is in a quiet residential neighborhood, afew minutes tramway from the central town. The service was very personalized by the young lady who worked the front desk and she helped us choose a restaurant for the night. We were very impressed by the size of our bedroom and it was very very quiet at night. We had a rental car and it could easily park in the fenced backyard. Highly recommend when visiting Brno.

I travelled alone but ended up with what can best be described as a suite of rooms. Large bedroom and bathroom with dressing room and separate toilet. Great breakfast. Free parking. Helpful hosts. My only slight complaint is that the wi-fi signal wasn't always strong enough meaning I had to do some work in the hall instead of in my room. But overall - fantastic.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is a very nice guesthouse. The location is very good, in the middle of a residential area. It is a 3-minute walk to the tram and 30 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was very good. On the first morning, in addition to the buffet, everyone got a pancake and on the second day a sweet pastry. The owner is very friendly and speaks a little German. 2 negative points for us were that it was very thinly soundproof (room upstairs and hallway) and that you couldn't darken the room properly. The room is large and modern. We had a small balcony. There are free parking spaces behind the house, secured with a gate.
