I was staying in a family room and the room smelt strong of smoke as soon as you opened the door and no other rooms they could move us too. No towels on arrival had to go to reception to get them and left card next day to have them refreshed and was not done. Poor service wouldn’t stay again. Definitely needs a refurbishment.

We had a lovely time. Room was clean. I’m a wheelchair user, the accessible which was nice a spacious, apart from the shower chair was so tiny, I didn’t want to risk putting my weight on it. Plus WiFi isn’t the best so I wouldn’t waste my money again paying for it.

Hotel needs updating, weeds outside the door, nobody on reception and just a vending machine for anything to eat!

Generally tired and in need of some attention. Strange smell lingered in all areas. Keys still old style and therefore inconvenient as wife had to go out and was due back at a time when all were in bed!

A great location to explore the broads. Sadly no pub/restaurant adjacent but plenty of places for breakfast.

Awful outdated rooms. Light switches were sticky, bathroom tiles were cracked, rubbish left next to the beds on the floor. Beds had damp behind them. Everything just felt dirty even if it wasn't, it just had that feeling to it.

Hotel itself was good and clean. Staff were very pleasant. Hotel is next to 24 hr garage, and meant as a light sleeper, this wasn't great, bit would ask for a room at the back next time. No easting facilities nearby (apart from chippy 5-7 which is lovely). Great for a one night stopover

Great stay in convenient spot, perfect for visiting Norfolk broads Nicky was extremely helpful on reception desk, she went above and beyond what we expected, a real help Room was tidy and clean, single beds made up how we wanted All great Thank you x
