The jack jenkinson one of the nicest employeees i have ever met helped with me with all my needs and is top standard from the fast help to the amazing customer service just over all outstanding all round amazing team deserve all the praise they are amazing!

I checked out almost immediately after going to my room. I think it was dodgy. It was just above a ****** and bar. The room smelled like nail polish, and you couldn't open the door to the closet. The toilet stank and when I saw and insect crawling on my bed I checked out immediately. The woman was very sorry for the insect and I got a full refund.

The room was great, clean and modern, however the foyer and stairs leading up to the rooms have a very strong odour of mould and damp. For the price though I would stay again
