Facilities: Newly renovated
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy
Environment: There is a prison theme park next door, which is very unique. It is a five-minute walk to the food street. You can eat there.
Service: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is charged. But it is also convenient to park.

We took a flight in the evening and arrived at the hotel around 9pm. We were told on site that there was no room we reserved and we were asked to pay an additional 80 Australian dollars to upgrade. I was very helpless, but ended up paying for a room on the second floor of the lowest floor! What is this upgrade called?
The dishwasher that needs to be used when checking in is broken and no one can handle it!
Spend money and suffer!

We stayed here for 2 nights and after our trip to some vineyards came back for another night,nice hotel and comfortable beds, the only complaint can be that the doors tend to be slammed back and being noisy during the night if other guests moved in and out

Lovely stay with Adina, the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Two toilets for our family room. Nice lobby, easily accessed car park, the staff is friendly and helpful.
nice bed but the pillows are a bit too soft.
would be great if washing machine is supplied in rooms.

This is a quiet, nice, unique location hotel; if you don’t mind to walk a little bit to the train station, then this clean comfy and big apartment is right for you, cause you feel like home. If you want to visit pentridge prison it’s right next door. Overall, it’s worth to stay, thank you!

The accommodation was in a perfect location and the place was very spacious, modern and clean. I loved the view and overall vibe. Highly recommend

Our stay here was amazing, the apartment was big and spacious even equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Overall the hotel is very new and clean, and right next to a small shopping mall with a grocery store, eateries and a cinema. It is rather far from melbourne city area but easy to get to with a cab.
