Lovely pub with excellent food and friendly staff. Pub was nice and warm with a log fire. Separate rooms were cosy but could have done with a towel rail.

Our stay at The Bell Broadway was really lovely. Staff were all very friendly and couldn’t have been any more helpful. Fabulous country pub with roaring fire and great food/bar with wood fired pizza! Rooms clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We travelled to Ilminster from York for a wedding this weekend. We didn't know what to expect, but after a long drive we were welcomed by the lovely staff and shown to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and modern, although the double bed is pushed up against the wall which did make it a bit trickier for the person against the wall to get in and out without disturbing the other person (especially if you need the toilet in the night!).
Breakfast in the morning was lovely and great quality.
We stayed for two nights and didn't expect housekeeping to go in and make the beds/change the towels after night 1, but they did which we were really grateful for.
We would definitely recommend The Bell at Broadway for great value,comfort and a really warm welcome.

Smallest twin room in the uk, and can here everything from toilets flushing to people talking.
