Excellent location, service and staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the family (Duck) room which had enough cooking facilities for children. However, the mattress on the double bed could do with being replaced - extremely uncomfortable.

Excellent room , way beyond expectations. Wonderful bathroom.Fully stocked with teas coffees and filter coffee and milk. Also gave a bottle of water.. wish that could have been another bottle. Parking is a bit of an issue but Jo sorted it out very quickly. The reception at Lygon Arms were extremely nice about the parking as well and we had no problems. The only thing I would say is that if checkout could have been say an hour later we could have got more time. Many thanks Jo !! Will definitely stay again.

Pros. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Quiet. Real milk in fridge. Cafetière was a nice touch Cons. Hard to find. Couldn’t find parking at all. Very long instructions sent by soulless txt (pretty sure I booked using my name). 2 out of 3 blinds did not work. One was nailed shut. The other one had no cord to raise it. Needs a net curtain in bedroom for privacy. Kettle perched on top of fridge, which was perched on top of narrow table with even narrower feet. Wobbly and not secured to wall - nasty, preventable incident waiting to happen. Driftwood style table had several holes in tabletop (don’t put a drink down) - bizarre. Hooks to hang damp coats would be nice, as would some biscuits for the price.

Modern , clean interior with good solid bed and roomy bathroom.I had trouble with my phone signal so did not get the entry code in time.But Jo was on the other end of the phone and quickly got us sorted. Lots of quality tea, coffee, camomile and fruit teas.Fresh milk and water in the fridge.All good.

Beautifully decorated room - very comfortable and clean. Rooms situated in the centre of Broadway enabling the opportunity to visit the area with ease. Cannot think of any more to say to fit in with your requirement to achieve the minimum of 200 characters!

I highly recommend The Lodge at Broadway. Sadly I could only stay for one night. My room was excellent. Couldn’t have wished for more. The standard of cleanliness And comfort was exceptional. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I have slept in any Hotel. I will definitely stay there again, when passing through. The restaurants are on your doorstep. All are highly recommended.

The room was updated and quite clean. The staff were very nice.
Unfortunately, the bathroom and hallway had a very unpleasant odor from the fryer in the restaurant next door. Even with a window open, the smell was strong. I don’t think there’s anything that can be done without shutting off a shared vent. At least the bedroom didn’t smell if the bathroom door was kept shut.
There’s no separate room or closet for luggage storage. There’s a lobby you can leave them. You do need a code to get into the lobby and there’s a camera. We didn’t have a problem but FYI.
Other than the odor, it’s a comfortable room and super well located.

The 2 bed Apartment is probably the nicest place I have booked for quite some time. Very spacious for a family of three. Lovely kitchen with everything you need and large comfy bed. Jo is a lovely person and the town is a quaint scenic wonder. Highly recommended.
