The Rhinefield staff went above and beyond for our special day ! Everything was just so perfect! We stayed over the night before, which made it so easy to have a relaxed wedding morning. It turned it more into a wedding weekend as we were able to use the outdoor and indoor pools for a relax before the big day. The Rhinefield House grounds are so beautiful, so many places to take pictures on the big day. The food was delicious and everything was done with so much care and attention. If you are getting married here , the cocktails add on, for your reception is a must, everybody loved them ! A special shout out to our Wedding co-ordinator Abi - she was on hand with any query I had , she was just amazing! Overall we had an absolutely magical day , our friends and family loved it! We will definitely be returning for all future events!

We visited Rhinefield house on two occasions over the weekend for refreshments. The weather on both days was lovely, so we were able to sit outside by the pond. The refreshments were superb throughout, as were the staff. To note a few who were brilliant, attentive and helpful , but by no means all; Belle & Alfred(on the Saturday), Synjon, Tom(behind the bar), Sandy and Sarah.

Exceptional hotel and Spa. Hand Picked Hotels rarely dissapoint..management and staff very professional indeed. Lovely welcome and check-in. Spotlessly clean throughout and amazing location. Wow - just WOW! My wife and I spent just one night here to celebrate her special birthday and the whole experience was simply incredible. Yes, of course, the hotel is located in a beautiful part of the world and has interesting architecture and a quiet, cosy feeling, but the Rhinefield House Hotel is SO much more than than. Our room was just perfect, and what a wonderful touch for my wife to find a personal, handwritten birthday card from Gareth, the General Manager. Now that is just SPECIAL - thank you Gareth. It didn't stop there - we enjoyed a fantastic meal with stunning wines in the amazing Armada Restaurant and the staff were simply the best! Even random people we bumped into into the corridor were polite, courteous and friendly - but the reception and restaurant staff were wonderful, really wonderful! Topped off with a comfy bed and, of course, a delicious breakfast - this was the perfect way for my wife to celebrate her special day. Five stars seems rather inadequate, really! We have, of course, booked to come back in August to do it all again on our wedding anniversary! For a special occasion we cannot recommend the Rhinefield House enough but, if you are thinking of booking, remember that quality doesn't come cheap. Expensive, for some budgets, yes, but worth EVERY penny. Go for it!

My wife and I got married at Rhinefield in May 2024 and we can honestly say it was the most perfect day. From the locations, staff and weather, we couldn’t fault a thing. A special thank you to Annette, Mike our master of ceremonies and Tom for everything they did on the build up of the day and on our special day but also to all of the staff at Rhinefield. They made sure everything was organised in a timely manner to allow the day to flow smoothly and took all the stress off us so there was nothing to worry about. We have had such positive feedback from all of our guests. I (the groom) also stayed the night before with my wedding party, and the staff again went above and beyond to look after us and arranging a table for our big party for our meal, as well as setting a table up for us all for breakfast in the Alhambra room which was a nice and unexpected surprise. They arranged checking my bags out of the room and moving them to the bridal suite for me which took stress off me. My wife and I also loved the champagne and teddy bear with a stitched jumper with our names on, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture! We will definitely be back to stay and can’t wait to see all of the staff again.

We got married at Rhinefield and we cannot thank them more. The staff are second to none, Tom and Annette in particular are the absolute best, they were on hand all day to pick up anything and everything, making our wedding day utterly perfect! From the moment we booked in May 2023, we were so excited and convinced it was the venue for us, however our wildest dreams were met and then some! Annette and Tom are two of the best people and we cannot thank them and the rest of the team enough. My wife stayed the night before with her bridesmaid and they were treated to a wonderful time with a nice meal, spa access, and all the organising that you need when getting married. On the day itself we had such an amazing time, thanks to the support of Annette and the team, they were always on hand to grab us a drink, some canapés, to assist with any and all queries our guests had. Thanks to them we had the perfect wedding day. Thank you, Annette and team!
