We had our wedding meal there with 30 people. We had our own private room. I can’t explain how perfect it was. The food and service was fantastic. A dream come true!!! Annette Saunders was the person organising it all. She was amazing so helpful and so lovely even when I kept ringing up and stressing out about the day.

Was taken here for a birthday treat for the cream tea . It was without question the best l had ever had and over many years l ve had quite a few ! Beautifully presented and so delicious. The staff were delightful ,so friendly and welcoming. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough.

My wife and I got married at Rhinefield last year and booked a meal in The Conservatory Restaurant (which is less formal) for our first anniversary. It was a good feeling to be recognised by the staff and received a very warm welcome plus a few meaningful surprises. The food was excellent, as was the non alcoholic wine. Our server was knowledgeable not only about the restaurant and bar but also the history of Rhinefield, answering all one questions. Looking forward to a return trip.

Hôtel has a rigid non-customer oriented cancellation policy. Our trip was cancelled and the hotel charged us £650 without any qualms. My advice is to avoid this place ..The people are rude and not all interested in helping. Avoid this place!!

A truly wonderful experience. Two nights for our anniversary. We were well looked after making us feel like we were at home. Nothing was any trouble for all the staff. Meals taken in The Conservatory were delicious. Keep up the good work. We hope to return and/or try another of the Hand Picked Hotel Group.

Having come across Rhinefield House on countless review sites both my wife and we HAD to check it out. The venue itself was grand but fitting of a small to medium reception size, with the grand hall being a breathtaking location for our wedding breakfast. Annette, our wedding planner, was incredibly attentive, taking time to understand our wants and desires, whilst making us feel at home every time we visited. We can only recommend Rhinefield House as the destination for your wedding. If we could, we’d do it all again. Hoping to visit for our anniversary. A + J

Lovely hotel surrounding grounds are stunning. Food was excellent. All staff very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Beds really comfortable. A bit of the beaten track but the hotel is really worth it. Prices well and very clean.
