This was my second visit to this hotel. The first visit was a complete disaster as the hotel was under construction and people were having large parties in the rooms. So I was happy to see the renovations were complete and the curbed the wild parties. The breakfast selection was better this time around too.

The staff at this hotel was spectacular. Kimi at the front desk went above and beyond for me when I was having a disorganized morning. She got me some ice tor my water and even packed up my breakfast for me so I could take it with me. She gave all the personal touches that meant everything. The other front desk staff was wonderful, plesant, abd friendly yoo at all times during my stay. Although the property itself could use updating, the staff made the stay worth it.

A great hotel but more importantly, they have the best team I've seen at any Marriott hotel. There was a small issue with our room when we checked in, and this team went way above and beyond to both solve the problem and make our stay safe and comfortable. (This was on a Saturday night and they were short-staffed ahead of Easter - but the team on site was so professional and helpful and cared about our experience. Truly best service ever). Marriott, if you are reading this, take great care of your employees here, they are a rare and outstanding group. Appreciate them!

This may be my new favorite Marriott. We went for admitted students day weekend for Stonehill for eldest son. We were greeted by Nick at the front desk. He couldn't have been more welcoming or kind. My youngest son has special needs and Nick could not have been more accommodating. Our weekend was a complete success because of Nick's customer service. We were so comfortable and everyone! was happy. We found all the staff at this Marriott to be so helpful. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and even my son with a special diet was able to enjoy it. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Nick and all the staff! We look forward to seeing you again.
