The hotel was amazing, the gentleman at the front desk was nice. The room was very clean and me and my kids enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be booking again.

Door to our room did not latch, stains on the comforter, moldy old smell, hair on the pillows. Check in took almost 30 minutes! Very unprofessional. Guy checking us in was in nasty sweatpants and watching tv on a couch with pillows and blankets.

Thus property need to look at their rooms and actually look and fix them. Broken room door locks, how are you to feel safe with that? Bathroom door with loose hinges. And then seeing a creepy little bug in the bathtub.

Watch for screws and nails on floor. Construction materials where children could get hurt. My adult son got a screw in his foot requiring a trip to the er. Bugs in window sills. Loose pills in rocks in front of building. Screens tore.

I have been coming to this hotel since i was a kid it has went down hill. Vending machine hasnt worked the last 2 years weve come there. Someone smushed a big spider on the wall in the bathroom and didn't clean it off. There was hair in the whirlpool tub. Desk clerk tried to charge me twice. No way this hotel cost 265 a night. Not worth the price next year we will be staying elsewhere. Also bathroom drywall falling off and drywall in the bedroom.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. It was an older hotel that had been updated and remodeled and seems like it had previously had some rough treatment, but was now being taken care of better. The free breakfast was more extensive than I expected with eggs and sausage, plus cereal, yogurt, and an assortment of beverages.
