Nice Hotel, abit far away from Gloucester town centre but there is a Bus Stop right outside the Hotel that takes you there. Decent Breakfast and Good Menu Selection in the Bar/Restaurant. I would stay again. Bar area could maybe do with more staff during peak periods possibly.

Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms very spacious and comfortable quality bedding. Large bed. Shower and bathroom clean and modern. Nice touch with bottle water and hospitality tray.
Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Food run out, waiting lengthy time for restock, tables dirty, poor selection of tea, milk (non dairy) and breads.
Continental platter was ham and cheese- embarrassing!
No eggs for 20 mins. Plates burning hot, sausages. Really cheap and didn’t even taste like sausage! Worst breakfast ever eaten in a hotel.
Shame as the rest of hotel was good in every way.

The stay was lovely. The staff on reception (Amy, Sian and Emily) were brilliant- very helpful and our requests were dealt with lovely. I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect break away. Also the pool and spa facilities were lovely. As I said we definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and using its facilities. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. In particular Sian, Amy and Emily were so helpful and kind to us and made our holiday amazing. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for the weekend and is one of the loveliest hotels. Rooms spacious and clean and bottled water in room was brilliant. Leisure facilities are lovely-clean and well maintained and pool temperature was perfect, maybe just one ****** is that the jacuzzi is on a timer and doesn’t come on very often. Now for the highlight of our stay……. We went to reception with some query’s and the staff were so so lovely , they couldn’t have been more helpful and polite and just really friendly and made us feel welcome and were really sweet.. I will mention them by name as they truly deserve to be recognised as an asset to Marriott hotels and hope the management realise what excellent staff they have so…… Emily, Amy and Sian the lovely ladies on reception-keep up the excellent service, it’s so refreshing these days to get great service Thank you guys for a wonderful stay

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are Lovely and clean, breakfast was very tasty. Reception staff were excellent especially Emily, Amy and Sian, they were very polite and lovely. The car park is very spacious. Will definitely be back again and will totally recommend this hotel😁

An amazing stay - a lovely room, delicious room service and friendly staff. A big shout out to Emily, Amy and Sian who were all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room wasn't working but a small phone call to reception and within a few minutes a fan was bought to our room. Great service. Will definitely be coming back!

The room was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was awful no cups all coffee machines broken down, 15 minutes waiting for any food which was not great. Serious safeguarding issues with mobile phones in the sauna very unpleasant experience for a female. Which I did report. I would not say this was four stars 2 at best unfortunately. More staff needed as especially when large functions are on.

The hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable. Parking is easy and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located in the Cotswolds too. I had a gorgeous relaxing facial with Becky which I would definitely recommend. A real treat!
