Room was comfortable with a nice view from the window. No slippers provided. We went for a wine festival weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The weather was great and we enjoyed al-fresco wine tasting and lunch in the garden. The vineyard manager was very informative and demonstrated wine production processes. Spa experience felt a bit rushed - we had problems with communicating by email (not received?, miscommunication...) and our original booking had been ”lost”. Covid precautions were not so great, many staff not wearing facemasks properly. As a first time visitor my wife got lost in the labyrinth of treatment rooms and was ”told off” by a bossy member of staff for being in the wrong place... instead of being guided politely to where she needed to go. Food was OK, but only buffet service and unfortunately hot food wasn't very warm...
