Location and amenities were ideal for families as well single travelers. Near a great selection of restaurants and other necessities. Clean and new rooms with great amount of space.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

Front desk employees were very professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub excellent for winter night outs. Great breakfast buffet.

I booked this hotel instead of a known chain because of the 9.0 “wonderful” rating. I saw nothing that was 9.0. The person at the desk when I checked in was borderline rude even though I was the only person checking in. The room was clean and organized but there was nothing extra or special. Definitely just an average place.

Easy check-in. Great exercise room. The overall environment was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was hot with plenty of room to sit. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area.

I would have loved to give this property 5 stars, We stayed 7 nights at Stoney Creek. The area was beautiful inside, and the breakfast was wonderful. We were promised maid service every 3 days. The maid came once and left some towels and emptied one garbage. Our body wash dispenser was empty all week! We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. I paid the same as people who stayed one night and my room needed to be cleaned. I reported it as I checked out and they didn't seem to care. Too bad that such a lovely property doesn't care to honor the promises they made to their occupants. My garbage was overflowing and I needed fresh linens. Discount the rate for people who stay seven nights if you aren't going to clean the room like you promised!

Very clean and location was very convenient for about anything you needed. Very convenient to interstate.Would definitely recommend it and if in the area would definitely stay again..Your lobbies are very Beautiful.

Adrian was at the front desk when I arrived. After a 5 hour trip there was no welcoming smile just said okay when I told him I was checking in. My hands were extremely full and he told me to take the stairs up to the next flight. I come from 20 years in hospitality management and I do expect good service so it's disappointing to get less than average service at check in. Got to the room and it was cute but found white spots on the carpet throughout the room & the edge of someone's toast in corner near the a/c unit. It's also hard to cool the room down the first night. The hotel was alright but probably would not stay again -- as my husband stayed there the last time he was in town and had the same thoughts.
