The customer service and cleanliness is why I rated it 5 stars. We had a family graduation to attend so we had family traveling from two different states and I had explained to the Manager Sue. She said not to worry and all will be taken care of, my daughter and sons showed up to the hotel before we did and had no issues checking in. All staff members were very helpful and we especially loved the morning individual who step up the breakfast her energy was uplifting and amazing. How she interacted with all the hotel guest was great. Even after we checked out we received a phone call letting my daughter know she left her ring behind and they would mail it to us. I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they travel to Tulsa.
