Even though there are fewer people coming to Broken Bow, I was very satisfied with the five nights and six days of staying this time! Hygiene and quiet. There are a variety of fast food nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is quite plentiful and the price is reasonable! P.S: Usually you need to report to the front desk about cleaning or changing various bath towels. For privacy, cleaning staff will not enter the room at will to clean up after check-in.

Staff at the front desk was friendly. I was pleased with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room. I have no serious complaints other than the bed and pillows were less comfortable for me personally. The continental breakfast was OK. The location was perfect as it is just down the road from Scottsbluff National Monument. The location is also quiet and safe.

A wonderful experience, starting with our call for a reservation. Front desk exceptionally accommodating. She recommended a great place for dinner. Room very clean and nice. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

There was one front desk personnel who was not pleasant. Always seemed be angry with me. Never acknowledged me until she had to. It was the older lady who checked me in. All of the other personnel were as friendly as could be. Very nice and pleasant.

The only thing missing is an elevator.
We didn't have the breakfast so I can't leave a review on that. The room was very clean.
