十二點到達後，服務員面無表情。説兩點後才有房。想上個廁所，説廁所現在搞的一團糟，暫時不能用。三點後回來辦理入住有了點笑臉，晚上要了個毯子態度還好。早餐基本沒什麼吃的。我們8點50下來吃飯衹有幾個冷掉的甜甜圈，兩杯酸奶，一點牛奶。房間裏面設施有點老，我們要求不高，也還算乾淨。

We stayed two nights as we were in town for a wedding. We were on the first floor. Room was ok. It seemed smaller to me than other rooms I’ve stayed in. Needs more electrical plugs. We are in an era of electronics. Best thing was the shower. Great water pressure.

Just visited couple of month back and the hospitality was very friendly and every single care and attention was given to me as a guest and breakfast served was delicious and the place have the best and 5 Star services from the host and staff towards all requirement appreciated very much a place must to be must visit

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Had a molded stink smell. Limited towels and wash cloths. This was our first time to Broken Bow.

We were unable to stay. When I booked, I asked for pet friendly. Since microtel doesn’t allow pets, we had to stay across the road. I tried to cancel, but the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel last minute.
