The team have been absolutely fantastic. I especially want to thank Lyndsey and Elliot for all of their help (make up artist fiasco) with us. The room, food and atmosphere have been amazing. Best Westerns for me have a bad reputation but this Hotel has changed my mind completely.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay in this hotel as part of a coach holiday. All I can say is this is the most unloved, cold and chaotic Best western hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos must have been taken when the hotel was cared about. The staff are permanently fire fighting, we were a group of elderly people who did not appreciate having to step into a bath to use the shower. In order to have a room with a walk in shower I had to accept a bathroom with no working radiator, The room was freezing when we arrived and all rooms have a plug in electric fan to get over the problem but it doesn’t reach the bathroom. The hotel has a very strong air freshener smell to it that makes you wheeze. Even though we were a coach party booked in advance the chef had been given the week off. This resulted in the most appalling service for the evening meal and the quality of the food served was on par with hospital food. I really do not know why Best Western would put their name to this establishment. Very disappointing holiday and I am now left trying to claim back some of the cost from the travel company.

Friendly reception staff on arrival, complimentary upgrade which was a surprise. Room spacious and clean. Nice complimentary biscuits, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in room. Breakfast-good choices. Fab!

We visited this hotel as we were seeing family that lives nearby and were pleased with the size of the room, however the windows were single glazed and seemed quite unsafe for my children to be around so that concerned us, I didn’t like how our window faced directly to cara parked literally within inches of our only window which came with a distinct lack of privacy, the carpet was quite old and stained and it was quite cold due to the windows, we opted for a different hotel on our returning trip due to all these reasons.

Very welcoming friendly staff. Made us feel very comfortable and ralaxed as we arrived late in the evening. Food 10/10 presentation was amazing was blown away by the food. Room was lovely warm cosy and clean. Breakfast was great good selection of food staff amazing didnt feel rushed nothing wasnt too much trouble. Manager gave me a tour of the Barn spectacular beautiful venue for a wedding or special occassion. We will be back. Thank you for making our short stay just perfect.

The rooms were very tired and had mould issues in the bathroom tv not working, rooms not very warm, my sisters room (not booked through *******) had a major water leak under the floor tiles in the bathroom we did complain the next morning as it was to late when we arrived, the staff where absolutely brilliant they couldn’t do enough for us they managed to put us in some much better rooms even though still very tired, the rooms need major refurbishment to warrant the cost…. It was only the staff that stoped us asking for a refund or some sort of compensation.

My room was not clean, curtains hanging from pole, holes in walls, kettle needed descaling. Bathroom ... base of toilet dirty, looked like urine or faecal stains. Floor tiles when walked on had water comeing up through them. Gap under main door you could see daylight and the draft was quite bad. Complaint made to staff who were very helpful and did move me as I'd asked but not until the next day.

Our Valentine's evening at the Brome Grange was an amazing evening the attention to detail was second to none the staff were all very attentive especially Michael who made sure everything was ok we will be back

Very positive experience from start to finish. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, couldn't do more to help.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening, they accommodated the children, breakfast was lovely the next morning. The same member of staff looked after us for both meals and he was a real credit to the hotel, so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to help.
