Premier Inn London Bromley

We chose a Premier Plus room and it was well worth the small extra payment. This is part of a recent development in Bromley. The room was quiet, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. View from the room unremarkable but this is London. Staff friendly. Car park is underground on the site, well designed and easy to use. The What3Words address given made it easy to find the entrance to the car park. You have to get your ticket validated at reception to get the £5 24 hr parking deal.

I've stayed at dozens of Premier Inns across the UK and always consider staying with them on my travels. This PI is in a great position. Sitauted just a mins walk from the train station, it also has a Nandos and a Viu cinema opposite. A wetherspoons is also just round the corner. Check in was quick and pleasant. We were allocated a corner room on the 4th floor. Impressions were slightly underwhelming. Several scuff marks and dents on the walls. On the plus side it had a modern large tv but when in bed, both of us couldn't watch it at the same time due to its positioning. Why it wasn't fixed to another wall was puzzling and lack of thought. A discarded takeaway carton was left outside a neighbouring room. It was still there 2 days later! On our final day, our bedroom chair was collapsing due a dowel coming loose. To add to our issues, our friends who we were travelling with, had a bed that had collapsed in the middle. Some pluses ie location but more negatives

We stayed for one night as my daughter was appearing at The Churchill Theatre. The staff were really superb from check-in to the end - a special mention to Roy who was really cheerful and happy and helped us with a particular request as we were leaving. The location was great, the room was well-appointed and quiet and the bed was super-comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel is certainly not up to a good standard, I wiped a spill on the bathroom floor and the wipe was covered in black dirt. The toilet had urine around the toilet seat, your cleaners are not thorough enough. None of the hotel staff are actually English, which isn't a huge problem but the hospitality isn't the same. The hotel staff also had a small child around the age of 8 working for them for the few days I was there, he was clearing the breakfast tables, very strange indeed. I would not recommend this hotel if you're after a comfortable homely stay. It's all abit cold and awkward.

No one on reception upon our arrival, all staff were in a room. One member of staff had her young son, aged about 7 with a fob around his neck, walking a round all day for a few days. He was collecting crockery from tables and doing unsuitable jobs for a child, mixing amongst the guests. Rude staff at times and as English is not their first language hard to understand at times. Rooms were scruffy and not clean, I wped the bathroom floor with a tissue as was wet and the tissue was black! Parking was terrible, no hot water in restaurant to make tea as machine was broken. No CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Diabolical service. Vitoria is very rude and abrupt, certainly not the sort of person suitable to serve guests. Dirty towels in bathroom on arrival, and room not clean at all. Typically with prem inn - it's an over priced "budget hotel". Certainly not value for money. We will not be staying here again.

I found this hotel and staff excellent, so helpful my son has Allergy issues but the staff could not have been more helpful with a special thankyou to mursheda for her help and friendly smile,s every morning,,this was an experience above expectations,,thankyou from alfie,Charlie, Sharon and stephen

Nobody at reception which was the only major let down I know it wasn't just at check in as I called multiple times that day also and impossible to get a hold of other then that everything was perfect and as it should be really happy overall.
