Ils ont refusé de faire le service au chambre pour le repas, même si ce n'étais pas sur l'heure de pointe. Nous avons donc dû aller chercher nous même notre souper et voyager avec des plateaux.

Hôtel très bien placé proposant de très bons services. Cependant, l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas très bonne et beaucoup d’adolescents jouent dans les couloirs surtout les week-ends…

During our stay, their was a storm which knocked out the electricity.
Although this is not the fault of the hotel, we did not have electricity in our rooms. Which meant not being able to use wifi, tv, charge phones, no lighting in the room or bathroom, no hot water to shower in the morning, no coffee maker in the room. Although the power outage is not the fault of the hotel, it is unreasonable to pay full price for a stay and not have use of some very basic amenities. I realize the power outage is not the hotels fault, but I feel that i should have received a discounted rate for the night. Unreasonable to pay $350 for a night and not be able to shower in the morning or have a cup of coffee and need a flashlight to use the bathroom.

Très bien situé pour aller à la montagne à pied, près du village pour accéder aux restaurants, épiceries, boutiques, etc. Hôtel propre et tranquille, piscine et spa facilement accessibles.

Went with my wife and two children, both under 9 for a ski trip to Bromont for the family day long weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but a bit dated. I stayed there with my daughter 4 years ago, rooms and overall hotel has not changed at all or been updated.
It's a nice place, but could use a little update inside and with the rooms.
But the service was good, hotel bar would use a few more staff so the wait is not so long when ordering, especially when the hotel is fully booked and over a long weekend.

Nous avons acheté un forfait gastronomique pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons eu une minuscule chambre avec un lit pratiquement collé sur le mur donc difficile de sortir du lit et ne pas se prendre dans le rideau de la fenêtre. une seule table de chevet. Aucun endroit pour déposer notre valise et minuscule sdb avec toilette isolé dans un petit cubicule. Vraiment décevant. En plus juste à coté des ascenseurs et face aux spas extérieurs donc très bruyants. Seule note positive au restaurant qui offre un excellent service.
