Lovely room, but the mattress was very soft. No hot water from bathroom sink. There is a card to say you can order bathroom items but when I asked they didn't have any. Man on reception was quite miserable.

Stayed here for proximity to a friends wedding in Elmey Lovett! Cannot fault the standard of the rooms or the cleanliness , best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! Will be back!

No air conditioning, old windows and furniture, few wallpaper drop off . Breakfast ok , staff nice , swimming pool ok

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel, it was during the heatwave and the hotel seemed to have melted. The electric was cut off so nothing worked and guests had to check out. The staff seemed really stressed and overworked. I'm sure they would have been lovely but just seemed really over worked

The hotel environment is very good. There is a bar on the first floor. The wine is very cheap. There is a charge for laundry service. There is a kettle and a mini bar. I will consider staying here again next time I go on a business trip.

The service attitude is not very good. There is no way to refund the deposit of 22 pounds.

The service is poor. The women were ok, the male waiters were all very arrogant and impatient. There is nothing prepared in the room, no hair dryer, wet hair, etc. I am impatient with the extra bed quilt. The tissue box is empty when I move in, and I am impatient to ask for tissue. Waited for several hours and urged several times without sending it. Really disgusted.

The attitude of the front desk in the hotel lobby is average, I don’t feel it. Compared with Holiday Inns around the world, the appearance of this hotel is rather dilapidated, the corridor doors 🚪 are very dilapidated, the size of the room is small, and the toilet in the room has been redecorated, but it is not enough to satisfy General expectations. Slippers and toothbrush utensils in the room are not placed, so you have to ask the front desk to get them. The breakfast in the hotel is also extremely simple, so I probably won't stay here again.
