This hotel gave a point is very reluctant. In the epidemic, actually gave me a room that had not been cleaned. Into the bed, the bed did not even have sheets, pillows on the ground, quilts on the desk, the bathroom floor is also very dirty. Such a room is obviously not cleaned, much less disinfected. Who knows if the front guests have a new crown. This is too irresponsible. Take your luggage to the front desk to change rooms immediately. The front desk attitude is not bad, immediately changed. The parking lot is a bit run down and the facilities such as the elevator are old. Although the Lenox Square is very close, it is not easy to find. The breakfast has become an extremely simple package of yogurt, super small oranges, oat bars and water. The first few pictures are uncleaned rooms, and the rear strings of the room are clean, but the room is still relatively small. I am really not satisfied with the stay experience.

I throughly enjoyed my stay with this hotel. Everything was in place and my room was clean, it smelled clean and was comfortable. I will be staying again.

It was AMAZING!! The room was spectacular. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The only "issue" was there was a deposit despite it says there isn't one. Also no breakfast. I can assume this was due to construction

They were doing construction/renovations at this location. Maintenance men were walking around during the night for “renovations”. Only 2 elevators for the entire property, no caddies available and they charge $18 for parking only for people to ride through and park without paying. I don’t know it was just extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money they were charging.

No breakfast due to renovation, dark hallways, only restocks/cleans rooms after 2 days and paid for parking in an old parking garage that had lots of columns and was dimly lit and hard to maneuver. Double beds which were hard

The hotel was under construction and I was not made aware of this until I checked in. My view was a giant mud hole. I was not offered to get my room cleaned or even fresh towels. Upon check in, I was told there is an $18 per night parking fee that I was never made aware of previously. After check out, I realized that I was also charged tax on the hotel parking rate what a slap and a rip-off!
