Not bad. I arrived in Boston on an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock. I told the front desk that I wanted to check in early, but it was arranged right away. It was an unexpected surprise. Just for this reason, I can give it a five-star rating!

It was the best. Maybe because I stayed for a few days, I was able to check in early and get an upgrade, which was really nice. The room was clean and there was a microwave and cooking facilities. There was a Trader Joe's right next door, which was convenient.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Iris Hotel. It's an overnight between two days of hospital visits. Although the reason for being there isn't much fun, we find out time at the Iris relaxing. The staff could not be more helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. It is located just off Coolidge Corner and yet was totally quiet. We used room service and the food was excellent. As an elderly couple, our only suggestion would be to have some written instructions on how to work the lights, temperature control and TV.
