Went to check in and was told there was no water at the hotel. We could not use showers or bathrooms. Agent told me to contact ******* for refund and we had to go find a new hotel. I tried calling ******* for refund and they claim Holiday Inn denied the refund request. I have had TERRIBLE customer service from ******* and submitted a case to IHG, but no resolution yet! Hoping the Manager of the hotel does the right thing!
