We stayed here as it was the closest to the Fort Dade Park and Dade County Fair Grounds where we were participating in the Convocation of Seminole Historians. The room was clean and well-appointed, the bed ideal, and the best hotel pillows ever...one marked firm the other soft - Great idea! The breakfast assor**ent was wonderfully varied and food delicious! The receptionist, Carey (although I think I called her Carly) should teach all other receptionists how to manage a hotel. She is warm, inviting and willing to help with any request...clone her!

I booked this because it had a hot tub which I need after a long travel day. Hot tub is out of order. This has happened quite often lately! I'm considering not staying with Holiday Inn in the future. Otherwise the stay was good

This hotel is on the freeway, very loud road noise. Under construction and a lot of materials around with noise and work going on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, as the hotel is currently being renovated and everything was new and clean! Breakfast was adequate and filling; and the staff were super nice!

Night person could have been friendlier, Day person was nice. Room was good, bed was ok. The Holiday Inn was under some sort of construction many printed signs telling visitors that they must wear pants. Communication was difficult with some of the workers, breakfast was average. There were people wandering around outside at night, but my car was fine. I would stay there again in a pinch, but I would rather pick a different area.
