Dirty and stained curtains, torn carpet, bathroom clean however rooms need a total refurbishing. A very mediocre hotel for the price. As English is our first spoken language, check in was very slow and laborious. Restaurant service was quick, however extremely overpriced for what was available with several items unavailable. Not a pleasant experience and would certainly not recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel, dirty, outdated inside and out, poor restaurant and poor food. This hotel is dated and dirty. The couch and chairs in our room were so stained we had to sit on towels. The paths to apartments were dirty and construction around most of the aircon units has red dirt everywhere and quite a strong smell walking along the outdoor corridors. Behind the toilet was dust and small hairs. On request to reception for any other milk alternative due to allergies they said they would have to charge me for soy or similar milk to make tea and coffee. The buffet was terrible with many guests talking amongst themselves regarding the poor quality of food and lack of food left in the heating stations with many empty and not refilled. Many people had to be content with toast... not acceptable and $20 per head! The coffee machine was not working in the 24 hours of our stay. My mother is 86 years old with a walking stick and we were given one of the furthest dual key apartments from the reception when the request was originally made for a high floor apartment that could be accessed by a lift. The walk was too much for an elderly person. I would not recommend anyone stay at this property.

The location is great near town beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Is walking distance to town. The pool was great and 1 bedroom apartment had all we required

The rooms are really outdated and are in urgent need of an upgrade. It was clean enough, but the curtains were old and grubby, the bathrooms need a total overhaul, and the furniture is worn and dated. The pool was great fun; clean and safe. We booked a two bedroom apartment but were given two adjoining apartments and told that was the only configuration. We booked through Qantas Hotels and it misrepresented what we actually got. I asked for a different apartment because our son is only 9 and we did not want him sleeping in another apartment on his own. The only solution was door stoppers to prop the two doors open so we had line of sight into both of them - privacy was not an issue as the adjoining apartments were only accessible through a separate main door. Not a bad property but for what we paid I expected better - we traveled in April and spent $2800 + 58,000 Qantas points for 7 nights.

Business trip. Room was not cleaned daily, bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast served was poor, eggs were old and dried up.
