The hotel is good but sometimes the room cleaning is a bit slow and it is not completed until 4:30 pm. There is a customer laundry provided, which is very helpful for long-term business trips.

Spent four nights here in October 2023 - pretty good stay with a few issues. Main issues were (1) there is little to no wifi access in the hotel despite having multiple networks, (2) thin floors and walls so you can hear everything upstairs and outdoors and (3) being placed in a room on the 2nd floor facing a wall despite asking to be moved multiple times. On the positive, hotel and room were very clean. Room had microwave/fridge/coffee maker (though no Keurig - still using flimsy old coffee makers in a new hotel). Breakfast was really good and there was coffee/TV available throughout the day in the lobby. There is conference space in the hotel so be careful not to get a room near the conference space or it could be noisy. Despite being in the Broomfield suburbs, pretty location and there are restaurants, shops and a WalMart you can walk to. Plenty of free and safe parking.

This hotel is certainly on the lower end of the Marriott chain. First the good: The night clerk JC was very pleasant and accommodated my request for a higher floor room. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and all the usual fare. The not so good: room was somewhat cleaned. Mirror in bathroom and floor not cleaned. Products in shower but not in the holder and I wasn't able to get them secured so they were all over the shower floor when I was using them. My unit needed a good vacuum. Seemed to be several people hanging around the parking lot at night and car alarms going off early mornings. Broomfield Police cruising the parking lot when I returned one night at 10pm. I would suggest that Marriott invest in some real night security to make their guests feel a bit safer. Some updates made in the room but chipped paint and cabinets take away from the whole look. I stayed 2 nights but there are many newer hotels in the area that I'd check out before returning here.
