Atendimento e recepção impecável, comida maravilhosa, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Além disso, o local é lindo e todos os funcionários são muito acolhedores, educados e simpáticos. Fiquei encantada com o hotel e não vejo a hora de voltar.

Hotel com boa estrutura, com atendimento exemplar por parte dos funcionários, restaurante de bom nível, e com café da manhã personalizado. Não existe uma mesa com o que é oferecido. Ao entrar no hotel você seleciona o menu que deseja, e ele é servido a la carte com o maior caprinho do mundo. Quartos bons, piscina externa grande, piscina quente pequena, porem limpa. Fica afastado da cidade uns 15 km, na área rural.

Que hotel incrível. A experiência foi Maravilhosa em todos os detalhes. Vou voltar sempre. Pontos de destaque: quarto, estrutura do hotel, massagem, comida, sobremesa. Há muito tempo não frequentava um hotel tão empenhado em oferecer uma experiência em todos os detalhes.

Hospedagem nota 1000!!! Local, instalações, refeições, atendimento, e tantos detalhes que fica dificil expressar aqui, impossivel não gostar :) Recomendo a suíte com hidromassagem, um pouco mais caro mas vale a pena pelos momentos que propicia, alem de ser no terreo que tambem tem jardim privado.

Estivemos pela segunda vez no Hotel Frangipani e a experiência excelente novamente. Ficamos na suíte com banheira de hidromassagem; o banheiro foi reformado ano passado, após nossa primeira visita, e a reforma ficou incrível!! O banheiro além de lindo ficou super funcional com a área da hidromassagem. O cuidado com a limpeza e arrumação do quarto continua impecável, com detalhes e delicadezas que fazem toda a diferença. Todos os funcionários, sem exceções, são muito gentis, educados e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. Nos sentimos muito felizes e acolhidos durante nossa segunda estadia. Recomendamos muito!! :-)

Atendimento incrível, atenciosos, tudo limpo , organizado. A preocupação com o hóspede é surreal, já vim outras vezes e o atendimento só melhora. O hotel oferece o tempo todo água natural ou com gás, toalhinha gelada, nos chamam pelo nome. Perfeitos!

Excepcional em tudo. Atendimento da equipe, cuidados com minha restrição alimentar, café da manhã na suite, a suite reformada ficou linda!!!!! As piscinas são ótimas. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo para casais o ano inteiro
