Charming little place. Not suitable for large family. Maximum 1 adult and 2 kids. Great location besides aquapark, shopping mall, skating, karting and other activities. Very clean. Friendly front desk.

We picked this hotel for the Aqua park and swimming pool as we had a 6 year old child. In hotel pictures, hotel shows as everything is almost in the hotel which are not. Everything is in a short walk distance but NOT within the hotel. It was a bit misleading -you can see they have a small note saying aqua park is 9 minutes away or something. They shouldn't put the other pictures which are not within the hotel. And no kitchen in the hotel, for breakfast you need to go to shopping centre's bowling area, they have remote tables there and 'awful' food and very uncomfortable place. We have booked 11 nights but couldn't continue staying, went and booked another place for the last 5 nights. The women working at the reception were extremely helpful, they did their best to help us. Especially, Irina and Natalie, they were the best! Another thing is windows, they were locked. I couldn't breathe in the room and asked them open ours as we couldn't keep the air-conditioning on all the time due to having a small child. That was ridiculous.
