The overall experience is okay, but the front desk service is rather cold. I can't understand that the light show is held at seven o'clock, a meal time, and the swimming pool is closed too early. But the room is big and nice

Too much second hand smoke. It is 2026, and only 16% of adults smoke. The majority of those have lower income and could not afford the $1000+ per night rate. So why would you cater to the SUPER minority at the displeasure of the MAJORITY. At the very least, put in BIG BOLD letters that guests will be EXPOSED to Class A carcinogens found in second hand smoke throughout your property.
I left with so much sinus congestion, coughing and irritated eyes.

The staff member was so rude. I even had to ask him how to get to my room and the hotel amenities. He look very young and unprofessional. Security’s around the hotel with a angry face all the time and not even greeting the customers. Not a good experience on this hotel.

Had to be moved 2 times because there were problems in the bathrooms. And at check out, they wanted to charge me one night even though it was already paid for.
