The shower drained really slow. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice to see if we were out yet. Check out is noon and they knocked twice before 10am👎.

Upon checkout I was informed the $150 hold on my credit card for incidentals was per ******* poicy. While I find it hard to believe, it is excessive for the one night stay at this particular property.

The building was nice overall. Good pool, nice bar, lounge and lobby area. Only thing was the room smelled a little weird: not tobacco or anything, just weird. Got used to it quickly and wasn't an issue. Nice bathroom, please with what we paid for.

Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, Karen K. was so attentive during breakfast and a friendly face in the morning, The concierge and manager, Millard was soo courteous and professional ... very customer centric atmosphere all around.
