The location was perfect, scenic and right in town. The front desk person was very helpful with parking, however better external signage from the hotel would have been helpful. While the room was small, the bathroom was too small. The room was quiet from outside noise.

The hotel is very decent, me and my mum had a good time. Only one thing was bothering us during our stay and that was a soft mattress, which woke up the other person when one was turning around. The food is good, especially dinners. The breakfast was decent but we expected a little more. Sightseeing and hiking around the hotel is nice and close to the hotel is a swimming pool for only 5€ per day. Would recommend

This is a basic hotel fine if you want a no frills stopover for a night. The room was spacious and although described as 'modern', was the least modern of our five week European trip. The balcony overlooking the river was nice. There is a problem with parking as there are not enough spaces for guests, which some other reviewers mentioned. We had to walk the street through a storm when returning in the evening as there were no car parks available. Afternoon tea is provided but no hot water for tea drinkers, only coffee. The meals were not to our taste, but that is a personal preference.

Very disappointed with our lunch at the restaurant. Only three tables on the terrace were occupied, and we still had to wait 45 minutes for our lunch. A toasted sandwich and a brettljause... the brettljause was a huge disappointment, as the meat was cut far too thickly and didn't taste fresh. The female server showed little interest, even though we, as guests, should have been the first to greet them. Normally, it should be the other way around. When paying for our lunch, I mentioned my disappointment, but she showed no interest. We'd pass it on, they said. That was it. Almost 35 euros for a toasted sandwich and a brettljause. Truly disappointing, especially because I didn't feel taken seriously when I gave feedback about the lunch. Such a shame!

A small issue with the room, but it was resolved excellently. The staff were very friendly, both in the restaurant and at reception. Everything was incredibly clean. Yes, there are some rooms that haven't been renovated yet, but they're also excellent! We'll definitely be back.

Le foto pubblicitarie non corrispondono alla realtà , struttura datata , la nostra camera presentava una moquette anni 80 , alta 10 cm , maleodorante e poco igienica. Pulizia da migliorare in tutta l’hotel. Stato di manutenzione molto basso , peccato, perché la posizione è buona. Bagno cieco e senza bidet. Bisognerebbe investire e riqualificare .
