Het was de t****e keer dat we hier kwamen en het hotel viel weer heel erg mee. Vriendelijk onthaal door de eigenares, propere kamer, heel goed ontbijt waar alles netjes aangevuld werd, rustig, ... En perfect gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum, gratis parking vlakbij. We komen nog terug.

Lovely hotel, basic but comfortable rooms, 15 minute walk from Bruge Centre. Rooms basic with no kettle but lovely bar/coffee shop at extra cost. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed very costly and plenty of places to eat in Bruge. 20 minute walk from Bruge stadium for football if you go to a game like we did. Would stay again.

Contact met de manager Valerie is zeer slecht. We werden een dag voor ons bezoek gebeld dat onze kamer niet door kon gaan (voor een nacht). Ze had wel meteen een ander hotel geregeld, wat zeer netjes leek. Toen bleek het ineens om drie nachten te gaan en was er ook nog eens een enorm prijsverschil. Het prijsverschil bleek achteraf 120 euro te zijn. Deze worden niet gecompenseerd. Ze begint over de “parkeerkosten” die ze wel voor ons zou betalen, maar dit bleek later in de prijs te zitten. Ze vond dat ze ons al heel erg gecompenseerd had met de parkeerkosten, echter zou dit alsnog goedkoper geweest zijn als we deze zelf voor onze rekening genomen hadden. Daarnaast zei ze dat we haar probeerden uit te melken (terwijl wij met liefde de kosten betaald hadden), maar zij is degene die nu 120 euro achterover slaat. Ze zegt ook dat dit een afspraak onderling is met andere hotel, maar dat is nergens in de voorwaarden terug te lezen. TRAP ER NIET IN. BOEK NIET BIJ DIT HOTEL

Super nettes kleines Hotel nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und habe. Ein großes Bett . Für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen da sehr hundefreundlich. Wir fanden im Zinmer einen Fress -und Wassernapf mit Hindeleckerli vor. Sehr aufmerksam. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Wir kommen wieder

Fantastic find this hotel was. Good price, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, free parking at one of the nearby car parks, easy walk into Bruges centre (and lovely walking through Smedenpoort). Thank you so much Valerie for a lovely stay!
