Hotel Aragon

A really nice hotel, very clean rooms and in the middle of the town, which was really convenient and easy. My only bad experience is the following and I need to say this, we had a late check out, which is normally free at every hotel I ever stay and I travel at least a couple times every month in Europe. This hotel was different. They charged me €50 for a late check out at 2 PM. I kindly asked the reception to make either, reduce payment or no payments for this. They refused. I realized the hotel manager reached out from the back room, and I think she said something about not making an exception for me. I realized this and kindly asked to speak to her and said, can you make an exception because this doesn’t make sense. She very firmly refused and said there’s nothing she could do. Which is of course not true every Otel manager can do anything , especially something like this discretion. They chose not to do so this time for whatever reason and this was a disappoin**ent for me. I would not prefer this hotel if I come back because I don’t like being refused for a simple request like this

The family room was perfect! Kids had a separate space to sleep on! Breakfast was never busy and always well stocked. Great location too! Staff really lovely and helpful!

It is a great hotel. Elegant and fine. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Clean. The hotel is Well located. Close to everything. Close to the free shuttle to the train station. Staff were nice and helpful. Bruges is a great place to visit. Exceeded our expectations.

This is our fourth visit to the Aragon Hotel in the last 6 years and, although the faces change, the service levels continue to high. The Hotel serves a breakfast with a good choice of options but does not have a restaurant however, it has a good location and is very close to many of Bruges's central restaurants.The hotel has been subject to some renovation in the past 12 months which was noticeable with the change in the bathroom decor.
