Great room with wonderful views. Great bed and bath, and lovely coffee set up. Staff was so helpful. Wonderful location. Excellent breakfast!! Best of the trip.

We absolutely loved this hotel, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You can really tell the difference with a family owned hotel, the attention to detail and care they have for their guests is incredible. Beautiful decor and luxurious bedrooms and beds. The breakfast was outstanding and in a charming underground room. We will definitely return. Location is also perfect!

Mooi en romantisch hotel. Warm ontvangen bij het inchecken. De kamer was ontzettend groot en mooi ingericht. De douche was in het bad (even erin klimmen) maar dat was voor ons geen probleem! Fijn bed en de kamer was voorzien van alle faciliteiten.

Sadly very very sadly, could not stay there again, they do a wicked breakfast, but not dinner or lunch, massive let down. Up side.rooms are amazing and I mean amazing, but not but consolidation when your absolutely starving and have to find a pub that serves garbage and charges eye watering rated for utter utter garbage. Find another hotel, weird they actually could if they wanted cook dinner, but shows how highly they value our custom

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on Wednesday, December 13th. This hotel is beautiful and clean inside and out. We very much enjoyed the ability to reserve a private parking spot in the back. The location is very close (walkable) to all of the sites. The breakfast has a wonderful ambiance and was very tasty with a nice selection. There is a bar and lounge on site as well which we enjoyed for a drink after a full day of walking Bruges. Check in/out was very easy. Don't hesitate to stay at this wonderful hotel.
