Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

Wonderful experience. Such a beautiful little hotel in a very central area. The staff are lovely and the rooms are quaint and cosy. The building itself is also beautiful and historic. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel 1 night for our Brugge visit, myself and my 2 adult sons. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, still walking distance to town. Very nice bar/tea area on the first floor, we stayed in the family loft room on the 4th floor. The room was cold when we arrived, I guess no one was staying there prior, but we turned the radiators on and it warmed up by night. We asked for extra blankets but the hotel said that was not possible but did bring us an extra portable heater, we appreciated that.

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude entsprechen absolut keinem 4-Stern-Standard und der sog. "Panoramalift" ist eine Zumutung! Man musste ununterbrochen einen Knopf drücken. Die Möbel und das Bett waren unterirdisch. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ok.

Nell'incantevole centro storico di Bruges, questo albergo, non grande, si compone di una serie di edifici antichi introno ad un cortile. La posizione è eccellente, la suggestione enorme, le stanze confortevoli e ben ristrutturate, la colazione buona, il servizio gentile e disponibile.
