This hotel was amazing. in a very good and cosy location of the city. The room is right beside the black swan canal. Overall is well worth it!

The location is average, the room itself is very nice, but one exception…the chairs in the room. They are not comfortable to sit on for longer than 30 minutes.
I don’t understand why a hotel like this would pick such cheap and uncomfortable chairs.

We had a romantic few days away for my Birthday and our upcoming wedding and were kindly upgraded to the 'Isabella Suite'. We were very pleasantly surprised as the suite is FANTASTIC - we thoroughly enjoyed the room and our stay. Staff personable and service always with a smile. Highly recommend this lovely hotel everything was great - Decor, furnishings, location, amenities, staff etc etc

Lovely staff, great location. Nice breakfast. Would appreciate hand rails on front stairs, especially when lifting luggage up and down.

J'avais choisi l'hôtel sur base de la réputation de la chaîne, la situation, le côté "charming " mis en avant sur le site pour une escapade romantique et le parking qui est un point essentiel à Bruges. La chambre était bruyante, d'un confort correcte mais largement perfectible pour un ****. Le petit-déjeuner décevant sur plusieurs points. Le parking indisponible alors que proposé dans l'offre. Et le plus beau, le personnel technique qui entre dans la chambre en tentant de forcer une porte secondaire (heureusement fermée au verrou) à ... 7h45. Non content de la trouver scellée, il a tambouriné. L'homme souhaitait réaliser l'entretien de l'airco. S'excuser du dérangement était aussi au-delà de ses capacités. Que dire de plus ?

Hôtel très bien localisé. Le décor et les chambres sont désuets à notre avis. Parking cher et non totalement sécurisé (porte partiellement ouverte ne donnant accès qu'à des véhicules de moins de 1,80m).Accueil et petits déjeuners excellents. Choix horaire du service petit-déjeuner contraignant 8h ou 9h. Boissons fruitées du petit-déjeuner mériteraient plus de qualité pour ce niveau d'hôtel. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour. Remerciements au personnel.

Great location and very walkable to a lot of sites while not being in a noisy area. Most of the staff members were rude and curt when asked any questions. Asking them for more towels (since they only gave us hand towels) was met with annoyed responses - “Why do you need more towels?” “You shouldn’t need more towels.” “We aren’t giving you more towels.”
This was just one example of behavior that was not to the level of a four star hotel.
