Nice hotel. The location is convenient. It is best to prepare toothbrushes and toothpaste in advance. The hotel does not provide them. It is more expensive to buy them at the hotel. You can buy them at the mid-market next door. The prices are cheaper there~

We were shocked to find broken glasses and unclean room in the morning. A very sub par service for a hotel whose main service is to provide a clean and safe resting place.

Good geographical location in the center of Brugge parking a little expensive 30e per night..we had booked 2 nights.1st night we didn't sleep much..because the room was located next to the elevators and the window overlooked a courtyard with 7 heat pumps which made a huge noise.. we asked to change rooms.. the staff quickly responded to our expectations.. we slept better but it was noted that large black hairs littered the floor.. the toilet bowl not very well cleaned and wall all stained..and it is hot in the corridors and rooms..only positive points the clean breakfast room..and very plentiful..and the friendliness of the staff for a hotel which calls itself high-end it's a disappointment
