Very good. The day I checked in was my birthday, and they have special decorations for me, it is very warm and special experience.

The hotel is located in the old town of Bruges, making it very convenient for getting around. Just a heads-up: the entrance is right on a cobblestone street, so I wouldn't recommend bringing very heavy luggage.
The hotel's common areas are quite stylish, but the rooms feel a bit dated.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and high-quality options.
The biggest downside was the extremely low shower pressure in the rooms on the first floor (second floor for Americans). It made showering quite uncomfortable and chilly. I've seen other reviews mention the shower pressure issue, so I'm not sure if it's a widespread problem or just in certain rooms.

This room is big and spacious. When I checked in, they even provided a welcome note, chocolate, and perfume sample. The room is very cozy and comfortable, and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was fantastic and I enjoyed the food very much. Overall, if I visit Brugge again, I will be very happy to stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel,in the core area of Brugge downtown. Pity is there was a housefly in the room, unable to get rid of it. Otherwise all good . Breakfast is nice too .

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is well located in the centre of Bruges, walking distance to all the attractions and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Special mention to the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful and to the breakfast - excellent range of options available.

Everything is perfect except the size of the single room.
The bathroom of the single room is extra small.

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain.
For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already)
Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.
