We had an amazing stay! The room was super clean, the hotel was in a great location and the staff were so friendly & helpful.

Odalar çok şirin, çikolata ikramına bayıldım. Kahvaltı efsane. Sadece bir iki eksik var. Tuvaletler akşamları koku yapıyordu ama çözüleceğine eminim. Çok iyi niyetli personel var ayrıca. Ben çok sevdim. Bir daha Brugge tarafına gittiğimde ilk rezervasyon yapacağım hotel diyebilirim.

Making a reservation was easy, and the hotel was very responsive to the few questions I had. Wonderful and caring hosts, and perfect location for exploring the city, close to many restaurants and the main square. This was our 4th time staying here on 4 visit to Bruges.

Unheimlich schönes Hotel mit sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern (muss man mögen, ist eher romantisch). Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es ist ausgesprochen sauber und ordentlich. Parken muss man in der Nähe im Parkhaus, 17€/Tag.

Lovely clean and attractive room with very large, comfortable bed. Quiet, central location. Friendly staff. If we ever return to Bruges we will definitely stay here. Even the eccentric lift had a certain charm.. though it should be fixed.

Fantastic hotel in the center of town which is a great location Great value for money and very comfortable hotel . Breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly.Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here next time we are in town

I thoroughly enjoyed my three-day stay at Hotel Biskajers. The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities exceptional. The welcome box of Belgian chocolates was a nice surprise. The staff is friendly and very helpful in every way. The breakfast is excellent. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to Market Square. Also, the nearby restaurant around the corner is quite good. I had to check out before breakfast to catch a train and the staff prepared a take-away breakfast for me.

Very nice location close to the center, very friendly staff, good breakfast, very nice decoraration and a**osphere, very comfortable bed. The cleaning needs improvement....There where blood stains on the sheets and pilows and some other details need more attention
