We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De Windmill kamer waar wij verbleven was prachtig en comfortabel. Sofie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam waardoor we ons erg op ons gemak voelde. De plek is super centraal. We komen graag een keertje terug!

Von anfang an eine herzliche A**osphäre und liebevollen details ♡ was für eine tolle Frau (Sofi) die alles mit liebe und charm gestaltet. Man fühlt sich pudelwohl und keine versteckten extra kosten! Überwiegend kostenlos sogar (wasser und warmgrtränke im zimmer sowie Foyer) und alles andere ist beschriftet, was ich auch toll fand. Die lage ist perfekt für die Altstadt. Alles in der Nähe, Lokals die empfohlen werden sind auch aufgelistet, ansonsten frei zur auswahl. Umbedingt eine bootstour machen! Sehr gerne wieder, danke♡

We had a lovely stay at the Molenmeers Boutique Guesthouse. The hotel was really nice and situated right in the center of the historic Bruges. The service was excellent and we recommend to have a romantic breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room with canal views.

When I arrived I was assigned the wrong room. Despite the complaints, Madame Sophie, the host, kept repeating that it was a system error and therefore in no way her fault. I chose this establishment for a certain room, it's even less my fault if I don't have it.
It's not the €3.99 bottle of wine offered with a new iteration of "it's not my mistake" that compensates for finding myself in 22m² instead of 35m².
However, if you get to the right room and therefore avoid Madame Sophie's bad faith, the accommodation is full of good taste and quality equipment.
However, I thank the ********** team who, on the contrary, were understanding and accommodating on behalf of Ms. Sophie.
