Went here on valentines day for a 6 course menu tasting , I stayed the night , started off at the bar there was a selection of different kinds of draft beer but I went for the local homemade beer , after went the the dinner was open kitchen very nice vibe , very interesting selection of South African wines

Beautiful buildings in great setting. Small but pleasant room,nice bathroom. Top restaurant with narrow but excellent food,perfectly prepared and presented. Very special breakfast served st your table.All in all very nice.The only detail is the reception lady that was not welcoming at arrival and not at departure.Rest of staff correct and pleasant.

Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. But at nearly 30 euros including tax this was a bit excessive for breakfast.

Moin Folks, alle Jahre wieder……, ich bin nun schon seit einem oder gar zwei Jahrzehnten hier Gast und fühle mich Pudelwohl 👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟 Es ist so Romantisch hier und zum kurzweiligen Fußmarsch um sich etwas zu bewegen ein Traum. Die Räumlichkeiten sind in die Jahre gekommen, ja dennoch ist es wie schon beschrieben, „Romantisch“ und sehr ruhig gelegen. Immer wieder und schon jetzt freue ich mich aufs nächste Mal. Dankeschön für den guten Service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Genoten van ons verblijf in zeer ruime kamer. Het restaurant is modern, sfeervol, warm ingericht met prachtig uitzicht op de slotgracht en golfbaan. Diner is verrassend en van hoge kwaliteit, bijpassend wijnarrangement is ultiem genieten. Ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd en is zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel is erg gastvrij en zorgt voor een welkom gevoel. Een echte aanrader om een weekend in luxe te genieten.

Het betreft hier een statig, historisch pand. Daar moet je alleen aan gaan sleutelen als dat echt nodig is. Met de wisseling van eigenaar is dat helaas toch gebeurd. Het rustieke restaurantgedeelte op de bel etage is verbouwd. Er is een keuken vlak naast de tafels en stoelen geplaatst. Het bekende Fletcher effect. Wát zonde. Langs de achterwand loopt een lange rugleuning die het prachtige uitzicht op de vijver en park weg neemt. Wie verzint dit ? De mooie serre zaal voor privé partijen en vergaderingen is bij het restaurant getrokken en dus verdwenen, dit om het aantal zitplaatsen te vergroten. Waarom? De unieke sfeer van weleer heeft een knauw gekregen. Verblijf je in dit hotel dan ga je er ook dineren. Maar óf we hier nu nog terug komen. Wij denken van niet.

Wat hebben we genoten van de gastvrijheid, de luxe van de suite en de culinaire omarming in deze bijzondere omgeving. Fantastisch gewoon. We genieten nog steeds na en kijken uit naar de volgende keer. Ps; de gewone kamers zijn ook erg mooi en leveren ook een gevoel van leven in een welzittend pak.
