The hotel gives full marks,
The grandpa at the front desk is very gentleman.
The grandpa who served dinner was also a very gentleman!
And dinner was the best meal I had in Switzerland.
The steak was just right!
The fries are extremely authentic.
The room was clean,
It's not big, but it even has slippers and conditioner.
The sound insulation is a little bit worse.
But the scenery is excellent,
Super recommended! !

Très joli cadre. Jolie terrasse, personnel aimable et courtois mais attention poisson pas cuit et un peu fade. On s attend à beaucoup mieux dans ce genre d établissement, je dirais même que l on s attend à manger quelque chose d exceptionnel les yeux fermés . Je n y reviendrai pas. Heute Abend 7 April und 18:15 waren wir zu 2 da Mein Man und ich draußen gesessen, Der Bedingung Frau war nicht nett , nicht professionell , hab uns ja nicht gefragt ob wir was essen wollen , war keine gute Bedingung , ich wohne hier 3 Minuten von hier , schade unsere nette Bedingung Sabrina war da aber am aufräumen Sie Hatte Feierabend, Der Kuchen war nicht gut , unmöglich.

Ich lunche sehr gerne mit Freundinnen in der Rôtisserie. Das Essen und auch das Ambiente ist wunderbar! Leider trübt der etwas ‚strenge‘ Service den sonst so angenehmen Aufenthalt. Jede Bitte oder Anmerkung wurde von der Bedienung zuerst negativ kommentiert. Geklappt hat anschliessend immer alles. Es ist aber äusserst mühsam, wenn man das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt, dass dazu eine wahnsinnige Sonderleistung erbracht werden muss.

Leider entsprach die Qualität des Essens nicht dem doch sehr schönen Rahmen mit Blick auf den See. Die langen Wartezeiten wurden nicht belohnt. Die Vorspeise (Sellerierahmsuppe) war wässrig und geschmacklos, das kann sogar eine "Beutel Suppe" besser. Als Hauptgang dann Kalbsschnitzel an einer Rahmsauce, leider ebenfalls geschmacklich ungenügend und lieb- und phantasielos präsentiert wie in einer Kantine (Sauce hatte eine schöne dicke Haut..) dann Dessert nach fast nochmals 45min. Wartezeit.. Service: vermutlich mussten aufgrund Personalmangels ungeschulte Serviceleute angeheuert werden - auch irgendwie schade..

Es stimmt alles. Ein Geschichtsträchtiges Hotel mit tollem Personal sehr gutem Service,Essen an zentraler Lage. Preis Leistung stimmt auch wenn es für mich viel Geld ist. Es freut mich, dass dieses Gebäude seine Geschichte vortsetzen darf. Die Menschen sind speziell. Sprich Gäste die das Gefühl haben mer besser zu sein und sich dementsprechend nicht all zu freundlich verhalten . Doch man hat unglaublich viel Ausflugsziele vom Hotel aus. Es ist einfach zum Wohlbefinden perfekt.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, Minibar im Preis inbegriffen, reichhaltiges Zmorge Buffet, saubere Zimmer. Tipp: Zimmer mit Seeblick buchen. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich eine Empfehlung! Abzug wäre einzig möglich aufgrund des rudimentären Wellness Bereichs (den ich aber ehrlich gesagt gar nicht besucht habe).

We stayed in this hotel during our train trip in Switzerland. The hotel has a fantastic location right by a lake surrounded by mountains: an indescribable view of the mountains and lake! The room was nice, with good space: nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant in the hotel offers outdoor service in season. Everything you could want, and good quality. The staff was friendly and speak English. Very pleasant. It is a very unique experience in Switzerland
