Had a nice stay at this hotel for two nights. Nice decor with prettiest bedspreads I’ve seen in a hotel and nice pictures. Unusual closet area, but clean and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, bath and satisfactory breakfast included. Is convenient to area sites we visited such Old Portland Harbor restaurant, Freeport outlets and the wonderful Maine Maritime Museum in Bath. Recommend for a stay in Brunswick! Can’t beat Wyndham rewards!!

The desk person was great, the room very clean and odor free. Surprised how quiet it was being so close to major highways. Much of the hotel runs away from the road toward a wooded area. It`s not a 5 star and shows normal wear and tear for it`s age, a little floor squeaking from above, etc. One would have to be a snob to find anything to complain about. Excellent value for the area and the times.

Was expecting more for the price! The hotel is clean and members of staff are very nice! But the ac in the room was very loud, and when you turned that off, you could hear the other guest clearly talking thru the walls, not good for sleeping! The hotel continental breakfast was a lot to be desired. Coming from england, we were kinder expecting more like fruit , cereals, and cheese/meats! They have a restaurant there. What about for extra money offer cooked breakfast! Be warned they allow dogs, l have a fear of dogs wish l had known!

Doing the swing through Maine to visit schools and spent one night here (near Bowdoin). Location is near the highway, a bit outside of the town, which was fine. We had booked what was advertised as a one bedroom suite, but realistically it was more of a junior suite. The living room and bedroom only had a half wall between them, they could not be closed off separately. The living area was extremely tight also, if you had opened up the sleeper sofa I'm not sure you would have been able to walk by it. The room though was clean, the beds were comfortable and it overall had a ”nicer” feel to it. Breakfast was included, although it ended fairly early at 9:00. While there was plenty of food, it was all pre packaged, warmed up in the microwave options. I understand that with the pandemic many hotels eliminated their buffets and fresh cooked foods, but at this point it is starting to feel like they are simply appreciating that it is cheaper to just nuke a bunch of breakfast burritos vs having fresh options. Overall, the hotel was on the very good side, but I wouldn't say great. I appreciated that it was comfortable, convenient, and well appointed and potentially would stay there again if I was in the area.

This is a roadside motel, and looks fairly old, but it is kept up reasonably well. The room was small, just big enough for two double beds, and a nightstand between them, so the people on the other side of both beds would not have good light for reading. The beds were fairly comfortable. The shower/toilet part of the bathroom was small, but the shower had a nice big showerhead with good spray and plenty warm. The bathroom had basic toiletries and a sink out in the main room. So not very quiet and hard to keep dark if people in the bedroom are sleeping. There even was an ironing board, but no iron. The bedroom had a desk, comfortable desk chair, but no other seating. There was a combination chest of drawers/ cabinet with a large mini-fridge, with a small microwave and a small flatscreen TV on top. Wifi worked fine. The wall AC is in the sink area of the bathroom, so even though it's a bit loud, it is not in the bedroom. It was off when we arrived, but cooled down a very warm room in less than an hour, and kept us comfortable all night. There is a small continental breakfast with make your own waffles, bagels, English muffins, cereal, juice, fruit, coffee, etc. Not bad. There was seating for 10 people, plus a table for six on the deck. Service was friendly and prompt. An Indian family is running the motel. They seem to take some pride in running a decent place, not just milking it for money. The price was fair, all things considered, especially for mid-coast Maine during a summer of COVID. But book ahead. Everything fills up and then prices go through the roof.
