The room is spacious and tidy. Hob is provided in Kitchenette to facilitate cooking. However, for consecutive stay of 2 nights, they do not provide room service. There is no replacement for towels (though acceptable) but small sachet of shampoo should be provided each day. You need to put your own bag of rubbish in front of the door and they just leave an empty rubbish bag inside the room without fitting it in the rubbish bin.

Parkville Motel was a pleasant overnight stay as we were attending a wedding in Brunswick. The room was clean and comfortable and located convenient to the wedding venue and reception.

Los dueños son muy amables y el personal de limpieza atento. Las instalaciones antiguas y en la época que fuimos de verano, funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado pero es complicado tambien para la salud dormir así.

The property is 3 star at best maybe 2.5 stars. Its very old and tired. Area is convenient but its doesnt feel the safest area to be around.

It was nice and quiet, close to public transport and 10 minutes from the Royal Exhibition Centre where I was attending a conference.

TV remote didn't work as batteries were dead.
I am suspecting my credit details were leaked to scammers from there !! Very unpleasant stay and disappointed.

A nice comfortable hotel with great links to public transport to get into the city. Hotel is very strict on check in times so don’t try and get there early ! Nice facilities and a great cost - as you’d expect with lower cost they can be a little dated, but you aren’t paying high prices so expect this !

Older style property with basic facilities, but I found it to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.
