Good property. No carpets in the room (at least on the 1st floor). Great front desk though. Breakfast included.

Michelle was great at check in. Comfy beds.
Floor had SEVERAL spots where you could tell it hadn't been mopped in quite some time. Namely between the bed and the chair nearest the window (room 304).
Other than the dirty floors, everything else was good.
