It’s absolutely beautiful!! It’s a place you must stay if ever in Brunswick.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Clean, Decorated well, up-to-date, and the list goes on and on.

Immaculate and tasteful. High ceilings and gorgeous furnishings. Truly a top notch hotel.

On arrival at the hotel at approx 1830, we were advised that our room had flooded and we couldn’t stay. There was no other room free because a wedding party had booked them all. They said they had tried to contact our mobile - checked the number and it was correct. We had no missed calls but they seemed surprised it was an overseas number. The staff did help us find an alternative place to stay in Darien as the hotels beside them were full as there had also been a festival on that day. They did check we were happy with the increased price as it was approx $38 more. As guest house owners ourselves, we would have been legally obliged to book somewhere else at an equal or better standard for our guests if this situation had arisen. We would also have been liable to pay the difference in costs. On contacting **********, they have confirmed that the hotel also get our contact email but again they failed to contact us. Very unprofessional and we are extremely dissatisfied with both ********** and the hotel itself for not rectifying this situation.

This was the most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. The architectural details, antique furniture, comfortable bedding, and attention to detail were flawless.

From start to finish, The Kress was impeccable in service, cleanliness, friendliness, and accommodation. A Very unique boutique style hotel with charm, sophistication and an upscale classy yet unstuffy atmosphere. Perfect location to central downtown Brunswick. Walking distance to many great restaraunts.

This property is very dreamy!! It's like an older historic warehouse or apartment building turned into a hotel. Newly renovated, brand new full-sized appliances and extremely clean, but still an old town feel. It was amazing. Brunswick is truly a hidden gem. Great place to stay!

The Kress was absolutely the most beautiful and luxurious place we have ever stayed! The decor from the brick wall to the stunning Christmas tree to the gorgeous furniture and lighting was inspired. We wish we had been able to stay longer because not only did we love this boutique hotel, but we really enjoy charming downtown Brunswick.
