I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. I even called to verify that they were both open and working before I booked the room and was told they were both working. When we get to the pool that evening, there was a sign on the door stating that the heat was not working in the pool so I was very disappointed that I had been mislead before booking the room.
I normally love Hampton Inn and everything else was ok but like I said the heated pool was the main reason I chose the hotel for this stay.

There were several issues that my family and I encountered during our stay at this property. Firstly, The condition of the pool and hot tub were in an unsanitary state, rendering them unusable. The water was murky with a film of some sort on the surface and some unknown debris floating around. There were so many signs of neglect. Additionally, with NO warning whatsoever, in the midst of taking morning showers, the water was turned off. So therefore, NO running water. After calling the front desk, we were told due to an unforeseen issue, they had no ETA for the water being turned back on. HUGE inconvenience and disruption. We had to check out and find another hotel to stay at during Spring Break with small children and pay more for the last minute booking. With NO compensation from management. Unacceptable and very disappointing!

We were only there for one night on a drive up 95. Our room was clean and comfortable and the employee at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming.
