First time staying and i love it i Will recomended

After i had paid for a suite when we arrived was told they had no suites available. After calling owner we were given a suite. Walking in it was in need of major repairs. Wall damage needed paint. Cabinets in really bad shape. Shower handle fell off in my hand and the whole faucet and shower head moved freely in the wall. Stains on sheets and towels that were supposedly clean. When asked for another room was denied. When requesting someone come fix the shower. It took 6 and a half hours for someone to come rig it up. Do not recommend this place at all.

The place has potential. Great location and my room was large, clean, and quiet. In addition to a bedroom, my room had a nice living area and full kitchen. Unfortunately, what would have been a happy experience was ruined by their OBSESSION with rules and threats to kick you out without refund. I literally asked for a room, they told me the price, and I pay. The dialogue with staff was upbeat and positive until the moment I swiped my card and it approved. At that point, she immediately begin to lecture me about the rules and threatened to kick me out without a refund for "violations". What a way to ruin someone's vacation. I come here to de-stress and relax. I expect to at least be treated as an adult. Instead, I'm given an embarrassing lecture by a lady who has, at best, a high school GED. Now I'm left feeling agitated and confrontational, and I didn't even do anything wrong. I should have just stayed home. One of their many rules is "no loitering", which is pretty hard not to do considering it's your temporary home for the day. The rule is also illegal (see below). Presumably, you can't pack belongings in your trunk or sit in your car longer than a minute, since that would be loitering. . I quit listening to their rules and refuse to watch channel 2, which is the "rule channel" they tell you to watch and study at check in. I have Authority Defiant Disorder. It makes me want to break rules I disagree with and have confrontations with those supposed to be in authority, when I disagree with them. So I'm left wanting to intentionally violate their "no loitering" rule just so they kick me out. Then I can sue for breach of Implied Warranty to Quiet Enjoyment of the premises. The implied warranty to quiet enjoyment can't be waived by management and would totally be sufficient to get up to$15k in actual and/or punitive damages, without needing to hire an attorney. You would just need to go to the courthouse and file a small claims court lawsuit form and pay the $100 court fee, which you'd recover later as part of the award or settlement.

This property should be condemned. The rooms are dirty, moldy and full of roaches. A horrid stench in the rooms. The pool, that shows open on expedia....is filled in with dirt. The beds are so old that you feel every spring, so you will get no sleep. Stay away.

The first room we were put in the lights didnt work. The second room had BUGS! The floors were dirty. Toilet wobbled.

Out of all the FREAKING DISGUSTING THINGS TO GET WE GOT BEDBUGS!!!! I say this because this is the ONLY place we stayed at within the last three months. The place is falling apart. The City and State officials need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I am HIGHLY disappointed. I should MAKE the HOTEL pay for another NEW mattress. Why? Because it's their fault I got the dang bed bugs. You get what you pay for. Next time there won't be a next time because we just bought a camper.

The tub was messed up we couldn't take a bath or shower

I’ve never visited a hotel in such disarray and run down. Scary.
